Hi readers,
This is the re-post of my old post
ARRANGE YOUR DRIVES
In that one I could not explain everything neatly. But now I have included pictures for more easiness and best of all there is a best description than older one.
So let's get started.
Do you feel it hard to find some files inside your folders. You may have some times even needed a search  to get it back or you may not got it back.
So don't you want an escape from such situation.
Some of you may be thinking."Oh what is the need of it,I already have no problem".
Then you must stop and watch these photos

Do you like this photo or the given one under

Most of you will like the second picture. If it is so then you must listen

TO THE POINT

Most of us have only mainly four type of files

1)songs
2)videos
3)photos
4)other documents

So we need only those three folders.

But don't think these folders alone work.Because then you will have to search inside them again to get the appropriate file.

So let's get deeper.

Down the go you will see the steps

When you create partition for hard disk then create 3 equal  partitions.
One for system drive other for entertainment files and the third one for office files.

For the system drive you can give the name of your operating system like windows 7,mac etc........
.In entertainment folder create 3 folders
video
songs
photos
 If necessary also create
games
applications also.........
Inside videos create 2 folders movies and short videos.Inside movies you can copy movies by creating folder for each language. In short videos you can copy digital camera files and on......But be sure to copy files by creating appropriate folders.
Do the same techniques for other main folders.
REMEMBER
Once you get a new content think once to make sure where to copy it and which folder suits the content.

Now about the office drive. There you can create folders like bills orders etc..........Be aware that office contents are more valuable and you should keep it in appropriate folders.
Else it will affect your job:-)
